Let’s Build the Future.

At the Rouben Malian Memorial Foundation, we believe that the most powerful tool for change is connection. Our mission to bridge the digital divide, empower underserved communities, and honor the legacy of Rouben Malian is not a solitary endeavor. It is a collaborative effort that requires the input, support, and partnership of individuals like you.

Whether you are a long-time donor with a question about your giving history, a community leader seeking a partnership, a member of the press looking to tell a story, or a beneficiary in need of assistance, our doors are open. We value transparency and responsiveness, and we are committed to addressing your inquiries with the same integrity and tenacity that defines our programs.

For general questions regarding the Foundation’s mission, history, or broad operational scope, please reach out to our central office. Our administrative team is available to direct your inquiry to the appropriate department.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before you send your message, you may find the answer you need right here.

Q: Can I volunteer for the Foundation remotely?

A: Yes! We have several "Digital Volunteer" opportunities, including mentoring students via video call, translating documents for our Armenian community programs, and assisting with data entry. Please email [email protected] with your resume and availability.

Q: Do you accept donations of used computers?

A: Generally, no. To ensure equity and sustainability for our students, we focus on deploying new, standardized hardware that can support current software updates. However, we do accept bulk donations of corporate hardware if it meets specific specifications (less than 3 years old). Please contact the Partnerships team for details.

Q: How do I request a refund for a donation made in error?

A: Please refer to our Legal Disclosures page for the full Refund Policy. In short, if you made a clerical error (e.g., donated $500 instead of $50), contact us within 30 days, and we will review your request.
