The Foundation maintains a strict policy on financial integrity and ethical conduct. If you suspect misuse of funds, a conflict of interest or a breach of our bylaws, you may report it confidentially. Every report is reviewed directly by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Frequently asked questions.
Can I volunteer remotely?
Yes. Our Digital Volunteer opportunities include mentoring students by video call, translating documents for our Armenian community programs and helping with data entry. Email programs@roubenmalianmemorial.org with your résumé and availability.
Do you accept donations of used computers?
Generally, no. To ensure equity and sustainability for our students, we deploy new, standardized hardware that can run current software. We do accept bulk donations of corporate hardware less than three years old; please contact the Partnerships team.
How do I request a refund for a donation made in error?
If you made a clerical error, for example giving $500 instead of $50, contact us within 30 days and we will review your request. Our Legal Disclosures set out the full refund policy.
Can the Foundation help with my own college or graduate application?
Admit Path, our education initiative, offers a free readiness assessment for every stage and paid guidance on a sliding scale from $0. Start at admitpath.org.
I need groceries for my family. Where do I start?
If you live in Manhattan, email roubies@roubenmalianmemorial.org. If the cupboards are empty today, call 311 for the nearest food pantry open now. Our Roubies page lists more same-day help.
